It is true that Europe and America are now dependent on China for a whole whack of stuff. The various war-mongers on both continents would be advised to consider that before provoking either an economic war or a military conflict with China. Far better to muddle through to some form of peaceful coexistence than to find out after the fact just how vulnerable you are.
