Thank you. Sometimes the personal and the political ask us to learn the same lessons...

The thing too many refuse to wake up to is this - FJB is crashing the American car on purpose. He hates the USA, wants a wreck, and will be proud of his part in causing it. Make that change in thinking and viola it ALL his 'stupid' decisions make sense.

When I think about the damage Biden has done to his European allies, the damage he has done to the US Dollar, and the powerful anti-US coalition he has built, it is indeed difficult to believe he isn't deliberately trying to destroy America. That said, one should never assign to malice what simple incompetence can explain.

I don't have a lot of time for 'shoulds'. That last line could be a false belief - there's no way you can prove it's true. Never say never. Biden has been caught lying multiple multiple times throughout his polictal career. Please don't think for a minute that liars love those they are lying to.

Why would he love the country that rejected him on two attempts at running for the presidency? Especially when he only wins on the third run by the 'virtue' of having built "the biggest voter fraud machine in history". And then there's the whole payments from China and the Biden laptop thing. He sold out to China years ago. Whether he was blackmailed or it was voluntary doesn't really matter in the end - the end result is the same.

The fact that someone as senile, creepy and corrupt as Biden could become President at all says very bad things about American 'democracy'.

Excellent analogy! Problem is that all of the available drivers (politicians) are recklessly drunk on power and control, and the citizens of U.S., Canada and the EU are locked in the car and most don't even realize it.

What surprised me during the COVID pandemic was how many health bureaucrats exulted in their newfound power. The pandemic gave them permission, not just to be little dictators, but to stifle any dissent. We need to build new guardrails into the system. (A different issue, but the same result - we all got taken for a ride.)
